House Rules and Regulations That Keep Everyone Comfortable
At All Bout Cribs, we believe a great home starts with clear expectations. These house rules and regulations are designed to promote safety, respect, and harmony—so everyone can feel secure, valued, and comfortable in their space.

RENT & PAYMENTS
Rent is due on the 1st or the 15th of each month, unless approved for weekly or bi-weekly payments.
All payments must be made online through approved site payment methods only.
No partial payments without prior consent and approval.
NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.
Late / Non Payment Policy
If rent is not paid on time, you will be locked out of your unit after a 5-day grace period.
5 days after the grace period, you will be locked out of the building.
Communication about payments is required.
If 3 weeks pass without payment, please make arrangements to find another place to stay.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS

Only registered occupants may live in the room.
Guests staying longer than 3 consecutive nights must be approved.
Rooms may not be sub-leased.

10:00 PM - 7:00 AM are quiet hours.
No loud music, TVs, or disruptive behavior.
QUIET HOURS

SHARED SPACES
Keep the kitchen, living areas, hallways, and bathrooms clean.
Clean up immediately after use.
CLEANLINESS

Rooms must be kept clean and sanitary.
No trash accumulation or pest-causing conditions.
All mattresses must have a protective cover on them at all times.
BATHROOMS & KITCHENS

Clean up after use.
Do not leave personal items in shared areas.

TRASH
All trash must be placed in the outside trash cans every Sunday.
No trash left inside rooms or common areas.
UTILITIES & APPLIANCES

Do not tamper with thermostats or utility equipment.
Report issues immediately.
Appliance Rules
Refrigerators must sit on a cover tray or pan to protect floors from leaks.
Refrigerators may not be larger than 7.2 cubic feet.
Microwaves in rooms may not exceed 700 watts.
Window air conditioners must be brand new and have an Energy Saver tag.
Air conditioners must be stored in a bag, labeled with your name, and placed on a pallet off the floor when not in use.
GUESTS & VISITATION

Guests must follow all house rules.
Guests may not disrupt other members.

No excessive noise.
No fighting, threats, harassment, or illegal activity.
NOISE & BEHAVIOR

SMOKING & VAPING
No smoking inside rooms or common areas.
Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS

Alcohol allowed responsibly.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
PETS

Pets are allowed with approval only.
Unauthorized pets are not permitted.

SAFETY, SECURITY & PROPERTY USE
Lock doors at all times.
Do not allow unauthorized individuals into the home.
No outside furniture is permitted unless approved by management.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Report all maintenance issues immediately.
No unauthorized repairs.

ROOM INSPECTIONS
Management may inspect rooms with proper notice or in emergencies.

PARKING & STORAGE
Park only in approved areas.
No abandoned or non-working vehicles.
Storage bins are allowed in the basement only.
No bags are permitted for storage.
Maximum of 3 storage bins per member, stacked neatly.

MOVE-OUT & RE-ENTRY
Proper notice is required before moving out.
Member who maintained good standards and followed house rules are always welcome back
